You could do it at 240s if you were careful. Try to do Zereth Mortis to get around 246 ilvl and your 4 piece set bonus, it will help immensely.I can solo Mythic KJ on a 465 veng DH without any problems. You can mitigate a lot of mechanics as a DH though. Most people can't solo mythic KJ due to 40% intermission phase. It might be possible but it would be a huge hassle.
