I shot my S&W M&P40 and Sig P365 at 43 yards last week to see if I could score hits on a head-sized target with five rounds, rapid fire. I scored 2 hits each. This week, I tried 50 yard shots, with a rest, 5-shots, slow fire, with cheap Remington ammo in a Glock G19 Gen 5 MOS with a Burris Fastfire III red dot, and a Sig P365 ...It all depends on you as a person and the application of the firearm. If you live a relatively "normal" life that doesnt involve running into bad guys, or live in a bad neighborhood then the P365 would be a perfect gun for home defense.
